Join us on Sundays, starting January 9, 2011, at the Jewish Community Center for Grandpop's Scale Model Workshop. Open to children in grades 4TH - 5TH.

Every participant chooses one of the following models to complete during the workshop: WWII Airplane, Modern Plane, Classic Racing Car, Titanic Ship or Arizona Ship.
The workshop will be led by instructor Myles Marcovitch. Marcovitch is an experienced teacher of both adults and children with a 42-year career in public and industrial education & training. Myles spent the early part of his working life teaching industrial arts to middle and high school students. He started building models at age 7, and has perfected his scale modeling skills to the point where he is commissioned to build models for others.

• 8 one-hour sessions plus a make-up session for
anyone who missed a session.
• Fee: $135 | Members: $125
