new book Prohibition Hangover, a side-by-side look at the American
temperament towards liquor and the $189 billion-dollar-a-year industry that
defines itself by the drink, and Chester Zoeller for his book Bourbon
in Kentucky, which traces the history of distilling in Kentucky
