The Frankfort Avenue Business Association (FABA) is
currently accepting nominations for both the 2008 Business Owner of the Year
and Good Neighbor Awards. The Business Owner of the Year Award goes to a
current FABA member who is extremely involved in the local community by
supporting the programming of the other organizations and businesses along
Frankfort Avenue. The Good Neighbor Award goes to an individual who is
recognized for their work to improve the quality of life in their community.
To nominate yourself or a fellow neighbor or business owner who goes above
and beyond in their community service endeavors, contact Margaret Browning

by December 1, 2008.

The winners will be announced at the "Olde Tyme Christmas on Frankfort
Avenue" on Saturday, December 6, 2008 at 2:00pm in front of Margaret's
Consignment, located at 2700 Frankfort Avenue. The winners will receive a
personalized plaque.
