This fun, family nature experience, part of Bernheim’s annual Arbor Day Celebration, offers answers to many of the most frequently asked questions about trees asked by adults and children who visit Bernheim each year. It also explores the legend, lore and stories of trees and the interdependency of trees, wildlife and humans. Art and craft activities will inspire young naturalists to cultivate a love and appreciation of the value of trees in their everyday lives. And they will delight in learning that when they plant a tree, they are planting stories and doing something that sustains future generations of kids!
