By focusing on independent films and filmmakers, rather than on celebrities and Hollywood, the Derby City Film Festival distinguishes itself from other film festivals. In its second year in Louisville, the festival will screen films in the beautiful Eifler Theatre and in the Community Room. The official film line-up is available online. Showtimes Out of 247 submissions, the Derby City Film Festival selected 44 films from 12 countries. The Festival will include 14 International films, 14 World Premieres, 7 US Premieres, 9 Features, 5 Documentaries, 4 Animated films, 13 International Shorts and 17 US Shorts.
Tickets: $6.-admission to one film.
Friday Pass: $10. - admission to all screenings and after party.
Saturday Pass: $25. admission to all screenings, workshops, panels and after party.
Sunday Pass: $15.- admission to all screenings, workshops and panels.
Festival Pass: $40 - admission to all events every day.
