Shake, rattle and roll at Dance Party Fridays at the Baptist East/Milestone Wellness Center, 750 Cypress Station Drive near Mall St. Matthews, at 7 p.m. Zumba classes will be the second and fourth Friday of each month, and Hip Hop classes will be offered the third Friday of each month.
