Due to the tremendous success of French Lick Resort’s first Culinary Classics Weekend, the resort will once again hold the event on April 24-25. This time, the resort will be rolling out a whole new line up of classes. Full details below.
Culinary participants may begin the weekend by attending a reception on Friday evening from 6:30 – 8 p.m. Hors d’oeuvres and a cash bar will be available as guests have the opportunity to mingle with the culinary experts.
Saturday will be filled with a variety of demonstrations and classes that will peak every interest. Event schedule is as follows:
10 – 11 a.m.

Panini and Others Session
1 – 2 p.m.
Springtime Salmon Session

Bourbon Bash Session
The cost is $30 per session or $125 for all five classes.Culinary participants may receive 15% off the best available room rate on Friday, April 24. Guests are encouraged to mention the event when they book their reservation.
