    With a gorgeous weekend in the forecast, parties and gatherings, fireworks, and holiday indulgences, certainly there's time to squeeze in a little fitness.  Celebrate Independence day in good health with the Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July 5k Fun Run/Walk.  Except, this year it's on Saturday, July 3rd.  But, hurry!  Registration ends tonight at 11:59 p.m.

    The event route will take you through the beautiful streets of Crescent Hill, and strollers and dogs are allowed. Packet pickup begins at 7 a.m., and the race begins at 8 a.m. at the Peterson-Dumesnil House, 301 S. Peterson Ave. Sign up now for the Crescent Hill Old-Fashioned 4th of July 5k, and exercise your freedom to be fit!
