Art isn't just about seeing it with your eyes—it's about touching, exploring and experiencing. Participants will use art techniques such as paper mache, dry brush painting, and collage to create unique tactile art pieces from gourds—including bobble-head gourds. Our artist instructor for this event is Patrice Wells, gourd enthusiast and teaching artist for VSA Arts of Kentucky. Free to the public, but registration is required.
