This February, Corbett’s invites you to experience the cuisine that has made Susan Goss the toast of Chicago! The Windy City chef will appear at the restaurant on Monday, Feb. 28 to join chef Dean Corbett and his culinary team in presenting a special four-course dinner. The event includes a book signing and celebrates Goss’ success, which includes the 2011 Michelin Guide Chicago Bib award for her restaurant, West Town Tavern. Chef Goss is known for her fresh take on classic dishes, and her new cookbook West Town Tavern – Contemporary Comfort Food ($34.95) brings her greatest hits to the home cook. The book will be available for purchase during the dinner. The evening begins at 6 p.m. and the price of dinner is $55 per person, plus tax and gratuity.
