On Wednesday, Dec. 15, Corbett’s: An American Place will celebrate its third anniversary. In honor of the occasion, chef/owner Dean Corbett, executive chef Kevin Rice and the Corbett’s culinary team will prepare a six-course dinner showcasing some of their patrons’ favorite dishes from the original Corbett’s menu. This unique dinner menu will be available between 6 and 8 p.m. The cost is $75 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Kentucky Bibb with apples, radish, manchego cheese and Woodford Reserve vinaigrette
Seafood
Loup de Mer with curried apple and acorn squash risotto and beets presented in a delicate seafood nage
Main Course
Prime Beef with smoked sweet potatoes, Brussels sprouts and English peas in a bordelaise sauce
Dessert
Flourless Chocolate Torte with beet ice cream, walnut purée and golden beet chip
Mignardise
Sea Salt Caramels and Bourbon Balls
