Corbett’s owner chef Dean Corbett is proud to announce the second anniversary of his restaurant Corbett’s: An American Place. In order to mark the special occasion, executive chef Chris Howerton and the Corbett’s culinary team will prepare a unique four-course prix fixe dinner showcasing some of dishes found on the original Corbett’s menu. This momentous dinner will occur Tuesday, December 15 and will be available beginning at 6 p.m., with the second anniversary dinner being the only menu offered throughout the evening. Beet Terrine
goat cheese, mixed greens, truffle, Minus 8 vinaigrette

Sea Bass
butternut squash, apple ravioli, passion fruit glaze, pomegranate seeds, haricot vert

Prime Beef
potato pavé, foie gras, winter vegetable, port wine demi-glace

Flourless Chocolate Torte
walnut anglaise, beet ice cream, beet chip
