This class is designed for the advanced beginner to intermediate level student. uring this six week course you will learn proper knife skills, secrets of making stocks, soups and sauces, the
ins and outs of cooking meat, tricks to perfect poultry preparation & proper seafood techniques. Techniques for
vegetable preparation as well as proper cooking methods for starches will be covered. Best of all, your culinary
questions will be answered and you will understand the “whys” in cooking.
