Street Moda and Prime Lounge are hosting Compassion with Fashion: A
Benefit for Safe Place Services. The event will take place from 9PM to
4AM with fashion shows, hosted by Julie Smith of Southern Belles and
co-host WBKI Louisville Live This Morning, at 11PM and 1AM, fashions
courtesy of General Eccentric, Pitaya and Street Moda.

announced on April 9. Or you can pay $5 at the door. All door proceeds
will go to benefit Safe Place Services and total door proceeds will be
matched and donated by Street Moda to Safe Place.

The youth outreach program spreads the word to young
people across the nation about the risks of running away or trying to
resolve difficult, threatening situations on their own. Safe Place has
a mission to provide access to immediate help and supportive resources
for all young people in crisis through a network of sites sustained by
qualified agencies, trained volunteers, and businesses. Safe Place will
be universally recognized and used by youth across America as the place
to go for immediate help and safety.

Our role as a community is
to take an active, cooperative role in assisting young people in
crisis. Street Moda and Prime Lounge have come together in a combined
approach to reach local residents who may or may not know of these
dangers or how to lend a helping hand.
