The staff of 1875: The Steakhouse will prepare a six-course wine dinner to feature the best of the Clos Pegase label. Beginning with a culinary inspired amuse-bouche and finishing with a dark chocolate decadent dessert, each course will be paired with the perfect bottle of wine to complement the meal’s flavors.

Artwork from Shrem’s collection will be on display as he discusses the classic Greek notions of balance, symmetry and harmony that have become hallmarks of the Clos Pegase style.
