The Brown Hotel has the perfect holiday gift for the foodie on your list: Christmas cooking classes from The Brown Hotel’s executive chef Laurent Geroli! Two classes are offered before the holidays. The first is on Friday, Dec. 4 and the second on Thursday, Dec. 10. Students will feast as chef Géroli demonstrates holiday dishes that are sure to please. Make a night of it with a cooking class package that includes the class/demonstration for two people, deluxe overnight accommodations on a Club Floor, and valet parking.
