CASA of the River Region is proud to present the eighth annual St. James Court Art Preview Party on Thursday, Oct. 1 at 6:30 p.m. The event, which will be held at the Henry Clay, located at 604 S. Third St., gives guests the opportunity to preview art from more than 50 juried artists from the St. James Court Art Show before the show officially opens. Tickets are $100 per person and all proceeds from the evening benefit CASA of the River Region. Tickets are available online at www.casaoftheriverregion.org or by calling (502) 595-4911.
“Whether it’s classic or modern art you enjoy, the preview party is a great way to support the work of some of our country’s finest artists while contributing to a great cause,” said CASA of the River Region President, Kristen Riddick. “The show really covers every price point and style, so it is great for early holiday shopping or finding a great piece for your home without worrying about the crowds.”
The cocktail party will also feature catering by The Silver Spoon caterers. The menu will include a variety of passed appetizers and a full buffet with sumptuous meats, cheese and fruit as well as a line of decadent dessert bites. The full bar will also serve select sodas, waters and coffee.
Guests will also have an opportunity to purchase raffle tickets to win a brand new SUV Mercedes Benz. The drawing for the Mercedes will happen on Monday, Oct. 5 and participants do not need to be present to win.
