Please stop by Carmichael's on Frankfort on Saturday, December 6th as we celebrate Olde Tyme Christmas on the avenue. We'll be hosting Susan Reigler from 2 to 3pm for samples and a book-signing for The Blue Ribbon Cookbook. The Blue Ribbon Cook Book contains more than four hundred timeless recipes, from breads and sauces to entrees and desserts, which highlight classic fare from the Bluegrass.

Then at 4pm Kentucky's own Merry Prankster Ed McClanahan will be signing copies of his new book of stories, O The Clear Moment. McClanahan, author of Famous People I Have Known and The Natural Man, uses irreverent humor and innocent nostalgia to craft this memoir of his life.
