Join chef Anoosh Shariat of Browning’s Restaurant and Brewery for a special evening featuring vegetarian cuisine made with fresh produce from local farms and cheese from Capriole Farms on Tuesday, August 25. The event will cost $50 per person which includes dinner, goat cheese tastings paired with handcrafted beer, tax and gratuity. Capriole Farms owner Judy Schad will be on hand to discuss how she makes award-winning cheese on her farm. The event will begin at 6:30pm in the facility formerly known as Park Place. Reservations are required and can be made by calling (502) 515-0174.
“This should be a really fun and educational event,” said Shariat. “We want to focus on the complex flavors of the cheeses and the beer and talk about why they go together so well.”
