Summer 2010 Cooking Class Demonstration Schedule
7:00 pm, Friday, June 25 – Reflecting local market fresh produce and light fares
7:00 pm, Friday, July 30 – Creating a southern picnic to enjoy with family and friends
7:00 pm, Friday, August 20 – Featuring Eastern American coastal seafood
The Culinary Getaway Package is for two people and provides the Cooking Class Demonstration, an overnight stay in a deluxe king room with valet parking, and breakfast on Saturday morning in the J. Graham Café. The cost starts at $399 plus tax. Packages are sold on a first come first served basis due to the limited seating availability at the chef’s table.
