The overwhelming popularity of The Brown Hotel’s Summer Cooking Class series has inspired executive chef Laurent Geroli to add two more classes this season and holiday cooking classes in the coming months. The classes can only be purchased as part of the package which includes a class/demonstration for two people, a Club level room and valet parking. Tax is additional. Club room guests enjoy access to the Club Lounge which features complimentary continental breakfast, afternoon snacks during the day and complimentary hors d'oeuvres, wine, beer and soft drinks at night.
