Tony Palombino knows pizza. He lives and breathes it, and even eats it on occasion. But it's hard to blame the guy when the product he's putting on tables in four Louisville restaurants is as good as it is.
It is because of his knowledge of all things pie that he just inked a deal with an Indianapolis franchisee to open eight (yes, twice the number of Louisville locations) stores in the Indy area.
"Our growth strategy is focused on opening more restaurants this year, a combination of corporate, joint venture and franchise locations," said Palombino, Boombozz Founder and Managing Member. "The opening of the Indianapolis market is significant, as it is one of our top choices to introduce Boombozz’s award-winning menu."
Life has changed for a guy who started his small business in St. Matthews on Willis Avenue. He's gone from cooking, ringing up, delivering, and running the books of the business to managing a company of ____ employees from the top down.
