The origins of cheese and beer can be traced to the artisanal ethos of the farmhouse, and in recent years, both have traveled full circle, back to their roots, propelled by enthusiasts who relish flavor sensations in beer and cheese that are born to be paired. Will and Roger will explain the cheese making and brewing processes, and offer as illustration eight cheese and beer pairings, bringing together selected styles of both with an eye toward the creative interplay of American and European influences. There will also be a bit of pickle, crusty bread and good mustard to fill your belly as the beer and cheese fill your soul. Students 21 years & older, please!
