Enjoy the area’s largest Asian culture event at the 15th annual Asia Cultural Festival. Experience the arts and traditions of China, India, Japan, Korea, Laos, Cambodia, Philippines, Uzbekistan and others. Activities include cultural performances from China, India, Vietnam, Uzbekistan, South Korea, and the Philippines in the Speed Auditorium, hands-on art activities creating origami, kite making, demonstrations, games and more. Attendees can enjoy a variety of Asian food throughout the day. Asia Cultural Festival is sponsored by The Speed Art Museum, Crane House (The Asia Institute, Inc.), University of Louisville, Organization of Chinese Americans, Greater Louisville Japan Center, Cambodian Community, Filipino American Heritage Association, Crescent Moon Dancers, and the Asian communities of Louisville. This program is for all ages. Admission is free.
