ArtsWORK-New Albany is presenting a series of free monthly workshops at the Carnegie Center for artists focusing on career development skills and issues faced by artists with disabilities. On Saturday January 22, 2011, from 10-11 am, Al Gorman, artist and Director of Studio Arts for Zoom Group, will be discussing StudioWorks, a unique studio/gallery for adult artists with developmental disabilities, and what he looks for in an artist’s portfolio.
