This is a writing contest being held in conjunction with the Almost Famous Authors' Faire, which will be held Nov. 7, 2009 at the historic Galt House Hotel.

Submit your unpublished short story and/or poems for a chance to win $100 first place: $75 second place or $50 third place. And it gets even better than this, because the top 30 entries will be published by Bearhead Publishing. The winner will be given a free copy, and the other 29 lucky writers can purchase a copy!

If you are a published author, you can also submit your book for a chance to win $200 first place; $100 second place; or $50 third place. Winners will be announced at the Almost Famous Authors' Faire on Nov. 7, 2009.
