The American Heart Association is the oldest and largest national nonprofit voluntary health organization in the world dedicated to reducing death and disability from heart disease and stroke. In fact, cardiovascular diseases claim more lives than the next four leading causes of death combined, including cancer and diabetes. The Crystal Heart Gala is an annual black-tie fundraiser that celebrates the lives of those who have been helped by advances in medical care through Heart Association funded research.

This year, we are introducing a new component to the signature Crystal Heart Gala, After Hours @ the Crystal Heart Gala, which is sure to be the toast of the town. This premiere black-tie event is designed for Louisville’s young and upcoming professionals. Our exciting new fundraiser will begin with hors d’ oeuvres, an open bar, fantastic prizes from our Carnival Midway booths and the opportunity to meet and mingle with other young professionals. Later in the evening guests will join over 500 of the city’s most prominent physicians, business leaders and philanthropists for dessert and dancing at the actual Crystal Heart Gala. Proceeds will go to support research and programs aimed at reducing heart disease and stroke in children.
