The 6th Annual Patriot Ride and Poker Run on Saturday, September 12th, 2009 This great event is open to all licensed riders. Scouters and non-Scouters are all welcome. More than 200 riders enjoyed the event last year and we are expecting even more riders for 2009.
Tony Cruise with 84 WHAS is Chairing the event. He is the committee are developing a lot of exciting new opportunities and creating an awesome route for 2009. We will start at Bluegrass Harley Davison in Louisville and take the course through the countryside ending at the at the Kentucky Fair Grounds meeting up with several thousand scouts celebrating the kickoff event of the 100 anniversary of the Boy Scouts of American. Once at stadium, participants will be treated to lunch, entertainment and drawings for door prizes. The ride also includes stops to draw cards for poker hands. The best poker hand will be awarded the grand prize at camp.
The fee to participate is $25 per rider which includes lunch, a 2009 Patriot Pin for the first 100 registrations, and other neat items to commemorate the event. Passengers can ride along for $10 and get lunch only. You can complete the attached registration form and send it in with your payment.
