Guests are invited to enjoy a complimentary breakfast as they learn more about the organization. Each year, the event concentrates on a particular agency service. The 2008 Family Reunion & Eric Tachau Gold Medal awards will highlight the merger and focus on child abuse. A family that received services from both Family & Children First and Family Place will share their story. Additionally, Gold Medal Awards will be presented to individuals and corporations – in three categories: philanthropy, advocacy and volunteerism - in recognition of outstanding work in the community on behalf of children. It is our hope to unveil the new agency name as well. The program will conclude with an appeal for voluntary donations and/or pledges.
