
The Kentucky Exposition Center (KEC) and the Kentucky International Convention Center (KICC), which are managed by the Kentucky State Fair Board, today rank as the top two
meeting and convention facilities in the Louisville area according to the 2008 Business First "Book of Lists." In addition, the "Book of Lists" indicates that KEC and KICC hosts 20 of the top 25 Louisville convention and trade shows ranked by estimated economic impact in 2008.

* Junior Volleyball Directors Association
* American Rabbit Breeders Association, Inc.
* National Association of Credit Management
* National N Scale Convention
* Kentuckiana Cluster of Dog Shows
* American Council of the Blind
* Midwest Manufactured Housing Federation
* PennWell
* Rubber Division, American Chemical Society
"The Expo Center and Convention Center always rank well but it is especially meaningful to end the year on a high note when many convention and trade shows were cutting back in order to save," Harold Workman, President and CEO of the Kentucky State Fair Board said. "We work hard to remain competitive and attractive to event planners across
the globe."
The 24th edition of the "Book of Lists" features a total of 93 lists that offer a ranking of the Louisville area business community.
