While the biggest names in Hollywood are celebrating the 82nd annual Oscars at the Kodak Theatre, hundreds of Louisville residents will also experience a part of that movie magic – right here at home. From the moment they arrive at Louisville’s only official Oscar party, guests are the celebrities, who play a starring role in an evening filled with delectable cuisine, a generous open bar and silent and live auctions. Sanctioned by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences, the gala includes official Oscars programs and signage, “celebrity” gift bags and dozens of other authentic touches.

Oscar Night® America–Louisville benefits Family & Children’s Place, which every year serves thousands of families and children facing violence, abuse and neglect in Jefferson County and surrounding counties in Kentucky and Southern Indiana.
