The Lincoln Heritage Council, Boy Scouts of America is celebrating 100 years of Scouting with a year of festivities. The 100th Anniversary Kick-Off Celebration will be the first of many throughout 2009-2010.

The Kick-Off Celebration will have activities for the WHOLE family!

Families will learn how to build a family emergency kit and emergency plan.
Cub Scouts can practice BB Gun, Archery, Sling shot, water balloons, Golf,
Frisbee, crafts, Bicycle safety, sports, crafts
Boy Scouts can earn Safety, First Aid, Emergency preparedness, Fire Safety,
Crime Prevention. Fingerprinting Merit Badges.
Venturers will be able to compete in low a ROPES Course.

Booths by LG&E, Louisville Water, Red Cross, Homeland Security, Louisville
Police, local Fire, EMS, and Hospitals
