1. HOW TO ENTER. Visit www.louisville.com (the "Website"), between 12:00 a.m. (midnight) Eastern Time ("ET") on October 10, 2011 and 11:59 p.m. ET on November 1, 2011 and complete the electronic entry form at http://www.louisville.com/contests. Entries also can be submitted on designated entry slips received at in-person events sponsored by Louisville Magazine and/or Louisville.com. Limit one entry per person. Sponsors and their agencies will not accept entries that are late, incomplete, misdirected, unintelligible, or lost. Use of any robotic, automatic, programmed, or similar entry method or more than one entry per person will void all entries and result in disqualification. Registration prize drawing date is November 2, 2011. Last-chance entries will be accepted between 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. on November 2 at Louisville Magazine’s November Launch Party at NuLu Lounge at Mozz Mozzarella Bar & Enoteca (445 E. Market St.) on Wednesday, November 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Grand Prize drawing date is November 2, 2010 at approximately 7:00 p.m.

2. ELIGIBILITY. Open only to adults who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers and directors of, and paid contributors to, Louisville.com and Louisville Magazine and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising, and promotional agencies and the immediate family members (spouse, children, parents, and siblings) or household members (whether or not related) of each are not eligible. The Sweepstakes is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. 

3. DRAWINGS. Nine “registration winners” will be selected in random drawings on or about the Drawing Date listed in Rule #1, from among all eligible entries received during the corresponding entry period. Registration winners will receive restaurant gift certificates or two tickets for assigned seating at The 2011 Breeder’s Cup race at Churchill downs on Saturday, November 5, 2011; grand prize tickets are for November 4th and 5th. Value of prize is $1,750 for grand prize and $280 for runners up. Registration winners are invited to fill one of ten spots each as a contest finalist. Grand Prize winner will be selected from the nine aforementioned registration winners and one last-chance finalist to be drawn at the Louisville Magazine Launch Party at at NuLu Lounge at Mozz Mozzarella Bar & Enoteca (445 E. Market St.) on Wednesday, November 2nd from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. Finalists must be present to win.

4. PRIZE/APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE/ODDS OF WINNING. Each of three registration winners will receive two reserved seating tickets to the Breeder’s Cup World Championship horse race at Churchill Downs on Saturday, November 5, 2011 located in Section 116. Each of the remaining six registration winners will receive two reserved seating tickets to the Breeder’s Cup World Championship horse race at Churchill Downs on Friday, November 4, 2011 located in Section 116. Retail value of two tickets is $300. One grand prize winner will receive two reserved seating tickets for November 4 and 5, 2011 located in the Triple Crown Room Grand prize tickets include seating in dining area and access to food buffet. Retail value is $1,250. Odds of winning are dependent on the number of entries.

5. GENERAL. Potential prize winners will be required to sign and return to Sponsor an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release (where permitted by law) upon prize delivery. Failure to comply with these conditions or the return of prize documents as undeliverable will result in forfeiture of prize, without compensation. Participation constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use winner’s name and likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. Entrants agree to abide by these official rules and by the decisions of judges. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process. In the event of a dispute as to any entry, the entry will be deemed to be made by the name appearing on the Louisville.com website or on the provided entry blank. By accepting a prize, winner releases and agrees to hold harmless sponsor; its parent company; and each of their respective affiliates, directors, employees, officers and agents, including without limitation, their advertising/promotion agencies and prize suppliers from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind, including but not limited to personal injury or death, arising from or in connection with participation in the sweepstakes, or the awarding, receipt, possession, use or misuse of any prize and/or with respect to participation in any prize–related activity. Sponsor and its agencies are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information caused by Website users; any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications–line failure, theft, or destruction or unauthorized access of the Website; or downloading materials from or use of the Website. If, in the judges’ opinion, there is any suspected or actual evidence of tampering with any portion of the Sweepstakes, or if technical difficulties compromise the integrity of the Sweepstakes, the judges reserve the right to disqualify suspect entries and/or modify or terminate the Sweepstakes in a manner deemed reasonable by the judges, at the judges’ sole discretion.

6. WAIVER. By entering this Sweepstakes, participant waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages, attorneys’ fees or any damages other than actual out-of-pocket costs incurred to enter.
