About Me:
The National Crime Prevention Institute at the University of Louisville
“An Unmatched Tradition”
The National Crime Prevention Institute (NCPI) at the University of Louisville is an internationally recognized training institute that provides crime prevention and security-related training to law enforcement, military personnel, security professionals, business owners and managers, public officials, government agencies and also members of the general public who want to learn more about security for home and personal interests. NCPI offers training on security topics that will appeal to a diverse group of individuals and agencies. One of the goals of the current director of NCPI, Marianna Perry, who was appointed in February of 2009, is to revitalize the institute and bring a new energy to the NCPI by appealing to a wider base of individuals and organizations who are interested in increasing their awareness of crime prevention.
