Singer, we are living through a robot revolution and within 25 years, there may be tens of thousands of robots that are 1 billion times more powerful than those already changing the face of war today, which brings up many powerful benefits, problems and ethical dilemmas.
Peter W. Singer will be offering a seminar on the future of war on Thursday at Idea Festival. He was named one of the top 100 Global Thinkers of 2009 and has an impressive collection of awards in addition to his three published books.
