Since Louisville.com (via WAVE-TV) announced that Swedish fast fashion retailer H&M would be setting up shop at Oxmoor Center this fall, conflicting reports have surfaced between local media outlets and the retailer's own professional departments. Will Louisville see an H&M open this fall? Only if the retailer can get its story straight.
