In his second rehab starter Aaron Harang was rocked for six earned runs and nine hits in six innings as the Syracuse Chiefs beat the Louisville 8-1 Friday night to end the Bats' franchise-best 14-game winning streak at Louisville Slugger Field. Despite the loss, though, Louisville remains just a half-game behind Columbus in the International League West.
The Louisville Bats out-hit host Columbus 12-8, but left 14 runners stranded on base in an 7-3 loss at Huntington Park as the Clippers completed a three-game sweep. Louisville went 0-for-11 with runners in scoring position.
