from Celiac Disease, it’s no wonder that more and more people are
switching to a gluten-free diet. And while gluten-free products abound,
there can be one rather significant challenge facing those making with
this major dietary change… taste. Finding foods that taste and cook the
same as the familiar, gluten-rich stand-bys isn’t always easy, and can
be especially frustrating if you’re feeding a finicky toddler or teen.
Whether you’re living with gluten sensitivities or are just exploring
this dietary option, the Fair is the place to sample oodles of tasty
wheat- and gluten-free foods - breads, pastas, entrees, desserts,
cereals, chips, frozen foods, and more - along with gluten-free
supplements and skin care products. You can register to win gift
baskets, chat with the folks from the Louisville Celiac Support Group
and Families for Effective Autism Treatment (FEAT), and discover new
items that everyone will enjoy!
