Keeneland Race Course in Lexington, Ky. may not be able to offer live racing like Churchill Downs, but they’re throwing a Triple Crown party that offers something for everyone—simulcast wagering on multiple tracks including Belmont and Churchill Downs, New York-style menu, handicapping seminar, and a sweepstakes that includes prizes of $2 win tickets, Belmont souvenir programs, and the grand prize of a $500 Belmont Stakes win wager for one lucky fan.

Special New York-themed food and beverages available at select locations at Keeneland include Manhattan clam chowder, Italian meatball sandwiches, New York-style cheesecake, California Chrome Specials like spicy beef or Spanish chicken tacos, and the official Belmont Stakes drink. If this doesn’t whet your appetite, feel free to bring your own picnic fare (sans alcohol).

Keeneland offers advance Belmont Day wagering beginning at 12:30 p.m. Friday and the drive-thru betting windows will be open Friday from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Saturday from 8 a.m. to Belmont post time (6:52 p.m.). Admission and parking are free on Saturday, gates open at 9 a.m., and Grandstand betting windows open at 11:05 a.m.

The 13-race Belmont Day undercard includes 10 stakes races capped by the Grade 1 Belmont Stakes. The first post is 12:07 p.m. The first live post at Churchill Downs is 12:45 p.m. For more information about offered events and reserved tickets visit Keeneland.com or ChurchillDowns.com.
