Forecastle 2014 will set sail this Friday
through Sunday
and is shaping up to be the biggest yet, hosting up to 75,000 music lovers from all around the world.
With so many out-of-towners descending upon Louisville for the three-day festival, Yelp Louisville [4] and Forecastle [5] teamed up to survey locals about where all these visitors should eat, drink and play in our city.
The survey featured some of Louisville's highest-rated and most-reviewed places on Yelp. Write-ins were also accepted.
And here are the highlights, with the percentages of votes each business garnered:

Hammerheads [6] (41 percent)

Top watering holes:

Locals’ favorite:
