The Kentucky Center has ongoing community programming, in addition to the big shows that get lots of attention. Many of these are free, too--and here's a new one for you!
This summer, the Center is offering free yoga classes on Fridays, through August 29. The Summer Yoga Series [4] is free and open to the public. You do not need a reservation of any kind. Meet in the main lobby of The Kentucky Center [5] by 11:50 a.m. each Friday, for a noon class led by certified yoga instructor Jamie Calzi of Betsey's Hot Yoga Louisville.
Wear comfortable clothing, bring your yoga mat and water, and you’ll have everything you need, whether you are a yoga beginner or very experienced.
