Description: "Bardstown Bound" BooFest and the Caufields Halloween parade have
joined spirits and have added a Fall Festival to benefit The Home of
the Innocents to kick off the Halloween season on Friday evening,
October 10.
Once again, merchants and restaurants along Bardstown Road and
Baxter Avenue will celebrate the Highlands by opening their doors and
presenting another fun-filled witching hour of a night beginning at
5:00 P.M. The parade will start at 6:30 on Bardstown Road and travel
north on Bardstown Road and Baxter Avenue to The Home of the Innocents
at 1100 East Market.
The Fall Festival will run from 5:00 to 9:00 P.M. on the campus of
The Home; admission to the Festival is free. The combination of
Louisville's frightenly fun Caufields Parade, trick or treat stations
along the way, Bardstown Bound BooFest and the Festival will give
everyone a chance to eat, drink, shop and be scary!

professionals at “Dream Chasers: A Writer’s Workshop” hosted by the
Kentucky Derby Museum and Women Who Write Saturday, October 11, from 10
