Monday 3/7

Dressy Bessy [4]
Zanzabar
This Denver based indie pop group is your go to if you like Beulah and The Minders.

Vinyl Night [5]
Haymarket Whiskey Bar
Coined as the “neighborhood mixed tape," make Monday night your vinyl night. Bring in your own record, and they’ll play it for all the Haymarket world to hear. Plus, they have free Spinelli’s pizza at 10 P.M.!

Metal Mondays with the Stonecutters [6]
Highland Tap Room
Another Monday means another head-banging metal show.

Wednesday 3/9

Hoodie Allen [7]
Mercury Ballroom
Hoodie Allen puts pop into pop rap.

Emily Wells [8]
Zanzabar
Wells is a 21st-century singer-songwriter. She blends elements of electronic, pop, folk, orchestral, and jazz into one eclectic sound.

John 5 & The Creatures, Ohlm, KingslayerOhlm, KingslayerKingslayerOhlm, Kingslayer [9]
The New Vintage
Catch Rob Zombie's right hand man, John 5, shred what he knows best.

AlannaAlanna FugateFugate [10]
Goodwood Brewing
A lovely Louisville singer-songwriter.

Glass Mansions [11]
Hideaway Saloon
Sounds like they're in the same vein as Paramore.

Thursday 3/10

Stephen, Alanna Royal, Music Band, Brenda [12]
Zanzabar

Fall Out Boy [13]
KFC Yum! Center
Emo pop at its finest. From Under the Cork Tree in 2005 put the Chicago group on the map. Now, in 2016, they’re still going strong.

Frontier Folk Nebraska [14]
Tim Faulkner Gallery
Well, their name is definitely misleading. They don't play folk music and they're not from Nebraska. They play rock music and they're from Kentucky.

Rage CVLT, Boner City
Highland Tap Room
Do yourself a favor and go see Boner City. Their energy is off the charts. One of the most interesting and eccentric groups in town.

Friday 3/11

Six Bells, The Hot Wires, Oculist [15]
Zanzabar
This an all local line-up, but it's not locals only. It's okay to invite yourself.

Melanie Martinez [16]
Mercury Ballroom
Sorry folks, the season three "The Voice" star, Melanie Martinez, has a sold out show!

Vice Tricks, Ricky Rat Pack, The Pink Vultures [9]
The New Vintage
Formerly known as Parlour Tricks, Vice Tricks, blends the spirit of punk with rockabilly.

Low Cut Connie [9]
The New Vintage
Recently the New York Times called Low Cut Connie’s live show “a phenomenon” and “pathologically fun.” The LA Weekly says, “their live show is unmatched in all of rock right now.”

Red Mouth, Birds of Grace, Monoid [17]
Modern Cult Records

Sex Knuckle
3rd Street Dive

Tribute to Eric Clapton [18]
Headliners Music Hall

The Who [30]
KFC Yum! Center
Catch one of the most influential bands in the 60s as they celebrate their 50th year, I mean, “Who Are You” not to go.

Bryson Tiller [31]
The Palace
The contemporary R&B artist from Louisville is playing a sold out hometown show after making it “big,” if you will. Tiller has received major label attention and his album, Trapsoul, took the number 11 spot on the Billboard 200 chart in 2015

Slothrust [32]
Zanzabar
The Brooklyn band claims to play “deceivingly clever rock with a relentless, punk-as-fuck aesthetic.” If you like White Reaper and Speedy Ortiz check this show out, you won’t be disappointed.

Vince Staples with Jack Harlow and Wesley [33]
Headliners Music Hall
The 22 year-old rapper hails from Long Beach, California and is a component to hip hop group, Cutthroat Boys. The rapper’s debut album, “Summertime ’06,” released June 2015 and was claimed to be one of the best albums of 2015 by The Guardian and Pitchfork. Local support for this show comes from Jack Harlow and Peter Wesley.

New Bravado, Satellite Twins, Devils [34]
Modern Cult Records
New Bravado is generally psych rock, but to be more specific they're Black Sabbath if Black Sabbath were a local band in 2016. Satellite Twin tames the more folk side of things.

Parlour, Curio Key Club, Us, Today [35]
Kaiju
It’s experimental.
