Among the many things to do in Louisville this summer includes plenty of opportunities to cool off at a pool, splash park and water parks. The Louisville area is home to plenty of all three types of water fun, and the following is a listing of those places along with admission fees (if any), and contact information for each park.

Admission to the above parks is $2 for children 17 years of age and under and $3 for those 18 and over. Photo IDs are required for those aged 9 and above. If a child does not have an ID, Metro Parks can make one for $4 per child. Call 502-897-9949 for more information.
Open swim and recreational swim times are also available at several indoor pools in the area, including:

Recreational swim hours for Meagher are 12-3:30 p.m. Monday-Friday plus 7-9 p.m. also on Friday and 12-6 p.m. on Saturday. Lap swim hours, meanwhile, are from 5 a.m.-9 p.m. Monday-Friday and 9 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday. Admission is $5.50 for those 13 and over, $3 for those 12 and under, and $4.50 for those 60 and over. Therapy pool admissions are also available for $3.50. Yearly memberships, locker rentals and swim lessons are also offered. Check the Meagher Aquatic Center website for more information.
All About Kids [9]

Open swim at All About Kids is 7-9 p.m. Friday and Saturday and 2-4 p.m. on Sundays. Admission is $7 for All About Kids members and $9 for non-members. Adult swim hours, meanwhile are 12-2 p.m. on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Admission is $5 for adult swim.

Plainview Swim Center hours are generally 10 a.m.- 9 p.m. daily during the summer. However, hours will fluctuate if special events are taking place at the site. One-day passes are $8 for adults and $6 for children. Five-day and season passes are also available.
