Friday and Saturday are the last two nights to see live, local music for zero dollars as part of Louisville’s first Free Week [4]. Free Week is a series of free shows from January 28th through the 31st. It’s the creation of DO502 in partnership with local musicians and venues. This weekend will be the last opportunity to get out, expand your mind, and experience some of Louisville’s finer artists and music venues.
Friday, January 30th, Headliners Music Hall, will present rock bands The Hot Wires [5], Graffiti [6], Black Birds of Paradise [7], and New Bravado [8]. Doors open at 8:00 and the show starts at 9:00.
Saturday, January 31st, will mark the end of Free Week 2015. Mercury Ballroom will open their doors and present hip hop artists 1200 [9], Jalin Roze [10], Touch AC [11] & The Smoke Shop Kids [12], and Shadowpact [13]. Doors at 8:00, show at 9:00.
Get out Louisville and help make this a tradition! All the venues will benefit from bar sales, so be a good patron and drink some beer. See you there!
