Moonshine University [4] has announced its class schedule for 2015, and by the looks of things they've had to beef up the roster because of popularity. For those of you who are not familiar with Moonshine University, they offer education courses for everything from appreciating bourbon and other spirits to a full 5 day Master Distiller course for those looking to open up a distillery. Some classes are topical and involve guests, while others take you through the entire process of distilling from grain to bottle. It's not just limited to bourbon, either. There are classes and courses on absinthe, gin, rum, and others. You can even take a one day bourbon enthusiast class that will familiarize you with the bourbon making process.
