• Arctic Scoop is now open at 841 S. Hurstbourne Pkwy, and they're serving up custom-made gourmet ice cream and yogurt made with nitrogen [4]. 

• Flat 12 Bierworks is having their grand opening celebration in Jeffersonville on December 6 [5].

• Earth Friends Cafe is bringing back brunch [6]. 

• The North American Bourbon and Whiskey competition will come to Louisville January 17 and 18. [7]

Changes and Endings:

• Mitchell's Fish Market and Mitchell's Steakhouse have been sold to Landry's Inc, a Houston-based restaurant restaurant operating group [8]. 

• The Dundee Tavern & Grill has been sold to Susan Conway and Chris Ross, who plan to change the name to the Dundee Gastropub [9]. 

• Gavi's Restaurant [10], at 222 7th 4th St. which has been open for more than 32 years, is closing at the end of December. Stop in and show them some love before then! 

• Tumbleweed on the Waterfront will be no more after their Saturday closing bash.  [11]
