One bachelor can't seem to remember which lie he told to which engaged stewardess in the comedy Boeing Boeing, which returns to Alley Theater this weekend.
Boeing Boeing will take place on July 23-26 at 7:30 p.m. each night. The in-house entertainment will take off at the Alley Theater, located at 633 West Main Street [4] in downtown Louisville.
Tickets for the show are $15 for each person (much cheaper than a ticket for an actual flight) and can be purchased at the Alley Theater [5] website.
Bernard is a happy bachelor living in a Paris flat in Boeing Boeing. His high-flying life includes being engaged to three ladies, all stewardesses, who know nothing of each other.
That happy lifestyle, however, will come in for a rough landing thanks to new, faster Boeing jets, which leads to all three stewardesses landing at the same time. Also, when Bernard attempts to have his friend Robert tell the stewardesses lies, Robert can't seem to remember which lie to tell to whom.
Marc Camoletti created the production, which started as a play in 1960 and became a film in 1965 starring Jerry Lewis [6].
More information on the show can be found at the Alley Theater [7] website.
