Students between the ages of 12 and 19 can practice taking the ACT [10] at the Highlands-Shelby Park Library. A pool party at the LIBRARY?! [16] It’s on the Oldham County Public Library [17] website calendar! The information states that the pool party is for those children who have completed their summer reading program and earned a pool pass.
