There are not many places open 24-hours in Louisville outside of good 'ole Kroger and Wal-Mart. There have been a few recent occasions when I have found myself searching for a late-night spot to meet a friend, or a place to simply sit and work. This won't happen again, thanks to the newly renovated Thelma's Deli.
Located on the 3rd floor of The Galt House Conservatory, the newly-expanded menu at Thelma’s offers made-to-order pizzas, sandwiches, salads, and breakfast items. This past spring the deli underwent a complete renovation to better serve their patrons. To celebrate, The Galt House Hotel is throwing a grand re-opening party Wednesday, June 11 from 4-6 pm. Guests will be able to enjoy tastings of Thelma's pizza and sandwiches, as they listen to music and enjoy drink specials courtesy of Al J's at the Conservatory.
There will also be giveaways including: a Father's Day Brunch for two at the RIVUE, Sunday brunch for two at the RIVUE, and the grand-prize of a New Year's package for two. Everyone in attendance will also receive a special offer for Thelma's pizza for his or her next visit.
Now there will always be a relaxing place to enjoy some food, and drink no matter the hour or day of the week.
